I’m Alan Westcott and I developed Visual-Red to provide retailers with credible visual merchandising, visual presentation and visual retail solutions.

So what can I do for you?

As a visual expert, I can identify missed opportunities for retailers by looking at their business from a customer’s perspective. I look at retailers both large and small and provide a service to them in how they appeal to new and existing customers. I identify areas to improve their visual appeal, stopping power and wow factor. This increases footfall with resultant uplifts in sales and profits.

Once the problems have been identified I can then offer written and visual reports which have solutions that will make your business more visually attractive in a highly competitive retail market.

What else do I offer?

  • I provide a full consultancy service
  • I specialise in giving lectures and presentations on all aspects of visual merchandising and presentation
  • I’m passionate about customer service and have given lectures and training to a number of varied retailers
  • I’m often commissioned to write articles for various publications about visual retailing

At Visual-Red I have developed a unique network of suppliers and manufacturers that specialise in innovative visual merchandising equipment. These suppliers are the best in providing mannequins, large scale graphics and acrylic construction to the manufacture and installation of window props and visual merchandise equipment.

Contact me at Visual-Red and find out how I can help your business.
